Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has created new opportunities for restructuring foreign-language education in higher education institutions. Within this changing educational context, particular attention should be devoted to students enrolled in non-philological disciplines, whose future professional activities increasingly require the practical use of English. This study explores the pedagogical conditions necessary for developing students’ English communicative competence through mobile learning technologies and electronic educational resources.
