LITERARY PICTURE OF THE WORLD (BASED ON THE WORKS OF UTKIR HOSHIMOV AND IAN MCEWAN)
Аннотация
The literary picture of the world can be understood as a particular artistic representation of reality created by a writer through characters, events, images, symbols, language and value systems. Unlike an objective description of reality, the literary picture of the world reflects the author’s individual perception of human existence and the cultural environment in which the literary work is created. Therefore, comparative analysis of writers belonging to different national literatures makes it possible to identify both universal and culturally specific principles of artistic representation.
