This article analyzes the experience of digital technologies used in managing the educational process in private schools namely, Learning Management Systems (LMS), artificial intelligence (AI), and monitoring systems. The relevance of the study is linked to the accelerating digitalization of education, reflected in the growing use of institutional platforms and analytics tools by private schools seeking a competitive advantage in instructional quality and parental communication. Drawing on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), learning analytics theory, and educational data mining, the article proposes an integrated three-component digital management model comprising LMS, AI, and monitoring systems, and examines the stages of their integration. The study is grounded in the experience of Uzbekistan, where the national platforms Kundalik.com and eMaktab have been widely implemented within the framework of the “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy, alongside international LMS solutions increasingly adopted by private schools. The article also discusses the advantages of this integrated approach as well as the associated risks, including data privacy, algorithmic transparency, and teachers' digital competence. The findings are of practical value for private school administrators, IT specialists, and education policy developers.
