Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada sug‘oriladigan yerlarning meliorativ holatini zamonaviy raqamli texnologiyalar asosida monitoring qilishning ilmiy-amaliy imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Sug‘orma dehqonchilik hududlarida tuproq sho‘rlanishi, sizot suvlari sathining ko‘tarilishi, kollektor-drenaj tarmoqlarining samaradorligi pasayishi va suv resurslaridan samarasiz foydalanish yerlarning meliorativ holatiga ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi asosiy omillardan hisoblanadi. An’anaviy dala kuzatuvlari ushbu jarayonlarni aniqlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega bo‘lsa-da, katta hududlarda tezkor va uzluksiz monitoring olib borishda geografik axborot tizimlari (GIS), masofadan zondlash ma’lumotlari va sun’iy intellekt algoritmlaridan kompleks foydalanish yuqori samaradorlikni ta’minlaydi. Maqolada Sentinel va Landsat sun’iy yo‘ldosh ma’lumotlari, spektral indekslar, evapotranspiratsiya ko‘rsatkichlari, sizot suvlari va tuproqning elektr o‘tkazuvchanligi bo‘yicha dala ma’lumotlarini yagona GIS muhitida integratsiyalash imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine va sun’iy neyron tarmoqlari asosida meliorativ holatni tasniflash, sho‘rlanish xavfini prognozlash hamda muammoli maydonlarni erta aniqlashning istiqbollari yoritilgan. O‘zbekiston sharoitida “dala kuzatuvi – sun’iy yo‘ldosh – GIS – sun’iy intellekt – boshqaruv qarori” tamoyiliga asoslangan yagona raqamli monitoring tizimini shakllantirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.

Abstract. This article examines the scientific and practical potential of modern digital technologies for monitoring the reclamation condition of irrigated lands. Soil salinity, rising groundwater levels, insufficient performance of collector-drainage systems and inefficient use of water resources are among the major factors affecting irrigated agricultural lands. Although conventional field observations remain essential, integrated application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing data and artificial intelligence algorithms offers substantial advantages for rapid and continuous monitoring over large territories. The paper considers the integration of Sentinel and Landsat satellite imagery, spectral indices, evapotranspiration indicators, groundwater observations and soil electrical conductivity measurements within a unified GIS environment. Particular attention is paid to the application of Random Forest, Support Vector Machine and artificial neural network algorithms for classifying reclamation conditions, predicting salinity risks and identifying potentially problematic areas at an early stage. A conceptual digital monitoring framework based on the principle of “field observations – satellite data – GIS – artificial intelligence – management decision” is proposed for irrigated agriculture in Uzbekistan.
