Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada Surunkali og‘riq sindromi bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda psixologik determinantlar rolini va ularning og‘riqni idrok etishga ta’sirini tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, Surunkali og’riq sindromining tibbiy ta’rifi, global tarqalishi va O‘zbekiston sharoitidagi dolzarbligi atroflicha yoritilgan, shu bilan birga, biopsixosotsial model hamda og‘riqni idrok etishning kognitiv va hissiy mexanizmlarini nazariy jihatdan ko‘rib chiqilgan.Abstract. This article analyzes the role of psychological determinants and their impact on pain perception in patients with Chronic Pain Syndrome. Furthermore, the medical definition, global prevalence, and relevance of Chronic Pain Syndrome within the context of Uzbekistan are discussed in detail, along with a theoretical examination of the biopsychosocial model as well as the cognitive and emotional mechanisms of pain perception.
Аннотация. В данной статье анализируется роль психологических детерминант и их влияние на восприятие боли у пациентов с синдромом хронической боли. Также подробно освещаются медицинское определение, глобальная распространенность и актуальность синдрома хронической боли в условиях Узбекистана, а также теоретически рассматриваются биопсихосоциальная модель и когнитивно-эмоциональные механизмы восприятия боли.
