Tish gipersezibiliteti (TGS) hayot sifatiga salbiy ta'sir ko'rsatadigan va og'iz bo'shlig'ini parvarish qilish odatiy muolajalarini qiyinlashtiradigan keng tarqalgan klinik holatdir. Nooziq-ovqat xarakteridagi nuqsonlar, xususan kislotali eroziya natijasida emal va tsement qatlamining yo‘qolishi dentin naychalarining ochilishiga va kompensatsiyasining buzilishiga olib keladi. An'anaviy davolash usullari ko'pincha simptomatik yengillikka yoki yetarli bo'lmagan okklyuziyaga tayanadi, bu esa patogenetik jihatdan asoslangan shaxsiylashtirilgan chora-tadbirlarni talab qiladi.
Maqsad: Dentin gipersezibiliteti uchun joriy epidemiologik ma'lumotlar, patogenetik mexanikalar, diagnostika jihatlari va davolash yondashuvlarini, xususan ilg‘or naychalarni berkituvchi texnologiyalardan foydalangan holda shaxsiylashtirilgan davolash rejimlarini tahlil qilish.
