Abstract

Annotatsiya 
  Atmosfera  havosining  mayda  dispers  zarrachalar,  xususan  PM2.5  bilan 
ifloslanishi va sigareta tutunining surunkali inhalyatsion ta’siri zamonaviy ekologik 
tibbiyot va toksikologiyaning dolzarb muammolaridan biridir. Ushbu omillarning uzoq 
muddat davomida birgalikda ta’sir etishi nafas olish tizimi bilan bir qatorda markaziy 
asab tizimida ham strukturaviy va funksional o‘zgarishlarni yuzaga keltirishi mumkin. 
PM2.5 va sigareta tutuni tarkibidagi oksidlovchi birikmalar, og‘ir metallar, polisiklik 
aromatik uglevodorodlar, nikotin, karbon monoksid va boshqa toksik komponentlar 
neyroinflammasiya, oksidlovchi stress, mitoxondrial disfunksiya, mikrosirkulyatsiya 
buzilishi hamda gematoensefalik to‘siq o‘tkazuvchanligining ortishiga sabab bo‘lishi 
mumkin. Ushbu maqolada PM2.5 va sigareta tutunining kombinatsiyalashgan ta’siri 
natijasida bosh miya, ayniqsa bosh miya  po‘stlog‘ida shakllanishi mumkin bo‘lgan 
morfologik o‘zgarishlar hamda ularni biologik faol moddalar yordamida korreksiya 
qilishning nazariy va eksperimental asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Biokorreksiya yo‘nalishida 
antioksidant,  membranoprotektiv,  neyroprotektiv  va  yallig‘lanishga  qarshi 
xususiyatlarga ega tabiiy biofaol birikmalarning potensial ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi. 
Bosh  miya  to‘qimasida  neyronlar  degeneratsiyasi,  perivaskulyar  shish,  glial 
hujayralarning  faollashuvi,  neyronlar  zichligining  kamayishi  va  mikrosirkulyator 
buzilishlar  asosiy  morfologik  belgilar  sifatida  baholanadi.  Biokorreksiya 
samaradorligini  aniqlashda  gistologik,  morfometrik,  immunogistokimyoviy  va 
biokimyoviy  ko‘rsatkichlarni  kompleks  baholash  maqsadga  muvofiq.  Mazkur 
yondashuv  ekologik  va  maishiy  inhalyatsion  toksik  ta’sirlarning  neyromorfologik 
oqibatlarini kamaytirishning istiqbolli yo‘nalishlaridan biri bo‘lishi mumkin.
