Tish gipersezibiliteti (TGS) inson hayot sifatini sezilarli darajada yomonlashtiradigan va kundalik gigiyena muolajalarini bajarishni qiyinlashtiradigan keng tarqalgan patologiyadir. Emal va tsement qatlamining nooziq-ovqat xarakteridagi omillar, jumladan kislota eroziyasi ta'sirida yemirilishi dentin naychalarining tashqi muhitga ochilishiga hamda ularning kompensator imkoniyatlari buzilishiga olib keladi. Amaliyotda ko‘pincha qo‘llaniladigan standart davolash usullari ko‘proq vaqtinchalik simptomatik yengillik berish bilan cheklanib qolmoqda. Bu esa patofiziologik jihatdan asoslangan, har bir bemorga alohida yondashiladigan davolash choralarini ishlab chiqishni taqozo etadi.
Maqsad: Tish gipersezibiliteti bo‘yicha mavjud epidemiologik ko‘rsatkichlarni, kasallikning kelib chiqish mexanizmlarini, diagnostika va davolash usullarini tahlil qilish. Shu bilan birga, zamonaviy naychalarni berkituvchi ilg‘or texnologiyalarga tayangan holda shaxsiylashtirilgan davolash taktikasini yoritish.
